The Dutch Developmental Psychology Association (VNOP, Vereniging Nederlandse Ontwikkelingspsychologie) grants a biennial dissertation award to the best dissertation in the field of developmental psychology.

I was awarded the year 2016 dissertation award for my thesis „The developing brain in action“.
